[ without telling airi, kokichi has taken it upon himself to try and find as many dangerous items as possible in the warehouse. he's been spending the entire first day just scourging the area on his own and making multiple trips back to the pool, trying to keep everything under wraps (luckily for him, no one seems to even like him asides from airi so no one would pay that much attention to him). he has gotten a sizable amount of weapons so far: multiple knives, a baseball bat, a crossbow, some arrows, and a broken scythe. he has taken all of those and have thrown them into the pool. he even went ahead and took off the ladder by really working on it for a while and tossing that into the bottom of the pool. now, if anyone wanted to get these weapons (if they weren't already ruined from the water), they're going to have a fun time getting in the water, diving to the bottom of the deep end, and then make it back up in the swallow water without easy access to the ladder. ]
[ in addition, kokichi has been busy putting up a mini-barricade on the entrance of the pool. it's not like he can hide the door from anyone and hope that they won't notice. they were all given a paper map of the warehouse so everyone will clearly know that there's a room beyond the gym, so it's not like he was trying to keep the area hidden. instead, he wanted to keep it in a way that he could easily trap someone in the pool if he found out that someone was in there trying to fish out all those weapons. he set things up in a way that you'd clearly have to move things around to get through the door (unless you're small like him and can just slip through the tiny gaps) so once he sees someone in the pool area, he can quietly check it out. if it's someone trying to make an attempt of grabbing something, then he can just turn around and try to lock them in. ]
[ yeah, he knows. he knows that it's not a fool-proof plan and there are many holes in it, but it's all that he can currently do. there's nothing else he can do in this shitty warehouse and it drives him furious that he can't do much more. unlike monokuma, calhoun isn't giving them as much freedom and not as much things to work with. he feels like a mouse stuck in a maze with absolutely nothing to do until they force him to roll over and die and all this fills kokichi up with so many emotions that he feels like he's going to burst. not to mention that he's still dealing with the fact that kaito just died because of him and... ]
[ ... he's not going to try and think about it. he's just going to get back to working on this shitty plan that might not even help. he stands by the edge of the pool, just looking down at the weapons that he threw in. he has found a hat while gathering everything and he has put it on, making it clash terribly with the mask that he still wears, but who really cares about appearances right now? ]
[ Airi sits down for a while, she spends some time alone pondering on her next move. She doesn't intend to get left behind and ultimately letting Kokichi ditch her.

[ he's pretty much done so he'll take a seat down as well. he's exhausted. he hasn't eaten since this game has started, only grabbing a quick bite in the cafeteria, and the effects of being stuck in a burning room are still lingering with him. as he sits down, he coughs a few times and places a hand on his chest as he lets out a small sigh. what a tiring game... ]

Sure, plenty of times. Riots broke out in the city and then I had no choice but to defend myself. I wasn't going to let some nobody take advantage of me.
[ kokichi tries to avoid fighting if he needs to, considering that he knows his own size and strength. he'd be no match for someone like akira, so he's going to try and avoid any altercations if it happens. he might have thrown away all the weapons that he came across, but he still has the one item that he was given and hasn't show anyone yet... ]
